COVID-19 RESPONSE UPDATE

We want to update our valued partners on the current operational state of Underground Safety Alliance in the midst of the COVID-19 global pandemic. The health and well-being of our staff, community, and stakeholders is forefront in our minds during these difficult and challenging times. We recognize the life-saving notification service we provide must continue even with all of the challenges facing our industry.

  • At this time, Underground Safety Alliance is operational. We are staffed and available to take your ticket requests online, via our Web Ticket Entry for professional contractors, via 811NOW.com, or by calling 811. To simplify the process for gaining access to our professional Web Ticket Entry system and creating an account, we have updated our qualification and training process to self-serve. Click here https://app.coursettra.com/4iq/login and select “USA811” to get started.
  • We have taken and will continue to take necessary steps, to protect the health of our employees. Employees who can are working remote. Our I/T team is working to implement the ability for our Damage Prevention Specialists to work remotely as well. Sanitizing and cleaning procedures have been implemented to further protect the Underground Safety Alliance employees who remain in our offices.
  • We are experiencing long hold times. Please be patient with us. If you can use our online tools to create a notification, we encourage you to do so.

With the rest of the country, we continue to monitor this ever-changing situation, and are prepared to follow all federal and state government directives. Underground Safety Alliance is committed to keeping our members/damage prevention stakeholders informed of any updates that may occur, and how this will affect you.

Stay safe and know that we remain committed to our mission in promoting safety and preventing damage to underground utilities.
