HELP UPDATE INDIANA'S UNDERGROUND MAP
Service areas are the mapped location of our Member Utilities’ underground facilities within the state of Indiana. Your company or organization will receive locate requests based on the areas provided. Please note that it is important for Member Utilities to provide the most current mapping information to Indiana 811.
If you have an Exactix Pro account and want to upload your ESRI Shapefile, please log in.
If you have not yet created an Exactix account, please contact our Member Services team to get trained and to ensure your previous tickets have been transferred to your page. Additionally, please email Member Services at memberservices@usa811.org if you would like to manually draw your service area using Indiana 811’s online mapping system.
Please note that all uploads and changes are pending until activated by Indiana 811. You will need to notify Member Services when editing is complete.
