With Indiana 811’s upgraded website, it’s never been easier to submit a locate request online. By submitting your ticket requests online, you’ll skip hold times on the phone and have more time to focus on the actual job at hand.

Are you new to our online platform? If you plan to dig at a single street address, use 811NOW to submit a locate request now – no training required!

If your plans involve digging at a larger site spanning multiple addresses, complete a ticket entry training to start submitting your requests online. The self-guided online training course is available 24/7 and takes about an hour to complete. With Multi-Address Web Ticket Entry, you can skip hold times on the phone and have instant access to the online platform.

When you enter a ticket online this summer, you’ll automatically be entered in Indiana 811 and Kentucky 811’s “I Dig Summer” Contest! Excavators that submit their utility locate requests online through Sept. 2, 2020 will have the chance to win cash prizes.
