Preview Indiana 811 and Kentucky 811’s NEW ticketing software
In Spring 2021, Indiana 811 and Kentucky 811 will be implementing a new ticketing software platform, which will modernize the locate request system and benefit utility members, locators and excavators. The software platform, Exactix by 4iQ Solutions, is the most widely selected and fastest-growing platform for US 811 notification centers. Exactix will provide Indiana 811 and Kentucky 811 with a world-class geocoding engine to define safe and accurate excavation notification areas and is fully mobile-aware.
Tune into the Virtual Midwest Damage Prevention Training Conference on November 5 to learn more about Exactix and how the new system will benefit you. Two sessions dedicated to exploring the Exactix platform will be offered: one designed for excavators, and another for members.
Exactix for Members
- Key features of Exactix from a utility member perspective
- Actions required in the coming months to allow members to fully experience benefits of the new system
Exactix for Excavators

Another can’t-miss educational session being offered at the VMWDPTC will focus on Positive Response Through the One Call system. Positive Response through the One Call system is a valuable online tool designed to ease the pre-dig process and improve communication between excavators and utility owners, so excavators don’t need to visit a jobsite to know when it’s safe to dig. This webinar will delve into ways that the Positive Response system will be enhanced through Exactix, making it the go-to place for centralized communication among locators and excavators.
See you online on November 5th,
