The End of 811NOW. The Start of Something New.
As you know, Indiana 811 recently implemented a new ticketing software system, Exactix. With this new, advanced ticketing platform, Indiana 811 will no longer be utilizing 811NOW. As a result, the 811NOW brand and website will be fading away throughout the coming year.
Please review the following reminders as Indiana 811 transitions away from using 811NOW:
- Please use Indiana811.org, rather than 811NOW.com, in your communications, and refer your employees and stakeholders to Indiana811.org for all locate ticket needs.
- Do not bookmark 811NOW.com.
- The new name for single-address online ticketing is “Exactix Home” and the new name for multi-address ticketing for larger projects is “Exactix Pro.”
- Check out Indiana 811’s toolkit for resources to help promote Indiana811.org and Exactix.
- 811NOW.com will remain live and direct back to Indiana811.org to ensure that we give ample time for the transition, but will eventually go away.
In the upcoming months, Indiana 811 will provide stakeholders with a few shareable graphics and information to help you promote Exactix Home.
