Online ticket entry is fast and easy, allowing ticket submission from a computer or mobile device. Our ticketing system, Exactix, provides options based on your excavating needs:
PROS
This account role is used by professional excavators and utilities, allowing the most flexibility to:
- Process Dig and Design tickets
- Submit Normal Notice dig tickets such as single address, multiple address, intersections, complex sites (road frontage, fields and properties with no address)
- List of affected member utilities and, if provided, their contact information.
- Provide detailed locate instructions
- Edit the map and add attachments to tickets
- Manage your tickets using "Work Completed" feature
- Perform other ticket functions on your tickets and tickets from others in your office such as remarks, extensions, copies and cancels.
- Check the marking status by viewing the members' positive response(s)
A Pro account requires you to complete a self-guided training course before activation.
HOMEOWNER
A Home account can be used by professional excavators and homeowners but has very limited options:
- Can only process Dig tickets
- Only allows one address on a ticket that sits within 200 feet of the addressed road
- Requires you to select from predetermined locate instructions (front, rear, east, west, north, south, entire property)
- Can not edit the map
The home account does not require training.
